Scope

The Canadian College of Ayurveda and Yoga, has developed this Certificate program to enhance the medical education of a wide range of participants, from around the world, including participants from Canada, the Caribbean, China, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, Sri Lanka, the USA, and Vietnam. Participants will come to Toronto to study Canadian Medical Culture, North American Health Practice, Complimentary Medicine, and Principles of Ayurveda, including Ayurveda Massage Techniques, Dietary Regimes, and Nutrition — enjoying the most up to date technology and instruction techniques. Participants will also experience the benefits of Ayurveda themselves, as all participants” will have access to, and experience the benefits of Ayurveda under the Our Expert. Upon successful completion of the course, the learner will receive a Certificate Course In Ayurveda Medicine & Massage Techniques.

Eligible Candidates for the Course
The eligible candidates Include but is not limited to Registered Massage Techniques, Occupational Therapists, Chiropractors, Kinesiologist, Naturopaths, Pharmacists and Nurse Practitioners, trained in North America and International Graduates who have completed their medical education from accredited recognized universities.

Written and verbal fluency in English are a requirement for this course.
Participants must be 18 or over.

Duration of Course: 100 hours
Summer Vacations Program 1st July, 2018 to 30th July 2018 (4 weeks)
Class Hours: 6 hours per day, 4 days/week (Monday to Thursday) for4 weeks.

Delivery methods
On site lectures, course notes, handouts, workbooks, practical demonstrations, hands-on learning and supervised clinical practice.
Examination: There will be continuous assessment throughout the course with monthly quizzes & practical assessment. All units of this course will be examined at the completion of the course with both written and practical examinations.

Registration Fee/Deposit
A registration fee/deposit is required to hold a place on the course. Once the course has commenced registration fees are non-refundable. In the exception of a course not commencing all registration fees will be refunded.
